Semolina Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 pint (560ml) milk
  • 0.5 oz (14g) sugar
  • 1.5 oz (42g) semolina

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C)
  2. Bring milk to the boil in a saucepan
  3. Sprinke the semolina onto the milk, stir
  4. Add the suger, stir
  5. Simmer (stirring occasionally) until the mixture thickens (10-15min)
  6. Pour into an oven proof dish
  7. Bake until lightly browned (30min)
  8. Serve with jam
