Semolina Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 pint (560ml) milk
- 0.5 oz (14g) sugar
- 1.5 oz (42g) semolina
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C)
- Bring milk to the boil in a saucepan
- Sprinke the semolina onto the milk, stir
- Add the suger, stir
- Simmer (stirring occasionally) until the mixture thickens (10-15min)
- Pour into an oven proof dish
- Bake until lightly browned (30min)
- Serve with jam
