Peppermint Crisp Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt tennis biscuits
  • 1 tin caramel (Gail and Ma had to boil condensed milk for 3 hours to get caramel!!!)
  • 4 bars peppermint crisp chocolate
  • 250ml cream

Method

  1. Freeze the peppermint crisp before starting
  2. Crumble the peppermint crisp
  3. Whip the cream
  4. Place a layer of biscuits on the bottom of your dish
  5. Spread a layer of caramel over the biscuits
  6. Spread a layer of cream over the top
  7. Sprinkle peppermint crisp over the cream
  8. Continur making layers (biscuit, caramel, cream, peppermint crisp)
  9. Finnish with a layer of cream sprinkled with peppermint crisp
  10. Place in fridge to chill
