Jade's Lemon Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 1 tub of smooth cottage cheese
- 1 tin of condensed milk
- 1 egg yolk
- Lemon juice to taste
- Tennis or Ginger Nut biscuits
- Margerine
Method
- Crush biscuits and add melted margerine
- Grease a pie dish and press mixture into dish to form base
- Place base in fridge to harden
- Mix all other ingredientstogether
- Pour mixture into base and return to the fridge to set.
