Fridge Cake
Ingredients
- 0.5 lb (225g) Margerine
- 1 lb (450g) Icing Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 4 tsp cocoa (converted from 2 dessert spoon)
- 3 eggs
- 2 pkts Tennis buscuits or similar
Method
- Crush all the biscuits
- Melt the margerine and add the icing sugar, vanilla and cocoa (DO NOT BOIL but keep warm on stove)
- Beat the eggs
- Add the beaten eggs slowly to the icing sugar mixture
- Put into a greased, flat baking tray
- Place in fridge
- Cut into required slice size when cooled
- Keep in freezer ready to eat
