Fridge Cake

Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb (225g) Margerine
  • 1 lb (450g) Icing Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 4 tsp cocoa (converted from 2 dessert spoon)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 pkts Tennis buscuits or similar

Method

  1. Crush all the biscuits
  2. Melt the margerine and add the icing sugar, vanilla and cocoa (DO NOT BOIL but keep warm on stove)
  3. Beat the eggs
  4. Add the beaten eggs slowly to the icing sugar mixture
  5. Put into a greased, flat baking tray
  6. Place in fridge
  7. Cut into required slice size when cooled
  8. Keep in freezer ready to eat
