Christmas Mince Pies
Ingredients
- 250g Margerine
- 3 cups of flour
- 125ml Sour Cream
- 1 bottle of commercial fruit mince
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 220C
- Grease a cupcake/tart baking tray
- Mix all pastry ingredients (i.e. all but fruit mince) in a bowl
- Roll out pastry on flat surface sprinkled with icing sugar
- Cut pastry into rounds. Large to form into tart base and small to form top seal
- Place larger rounds onto the tart tray pushing gently to form the base shape
- Add a good teaspoon of fruit mince filling to each
- Place a smaller round on top
- Sprinkle with icing sugar
- Bake at 220C for 10 minutes
